Pineapple, Ginger, Carrot Drink

Ingredients
1/2 small pineapple
1 oz fresh root ginger
1 Carrot
Ice cubes

Preparation
Pare away the
skin  core and cube  the pineapple.

Thinly peel the ginger, and chop coarsely. Scrape the carrot  and cut it into chunks or sliced rounds. Put  carrot, ginger and pineapple through a juicer.  Mix thoroughly and enjoy this healthy, delicious tropical drink in a glass with crushed ice! 


 

Nutmeg Spiced Carrot Juice

Ingredients
8 Large carrots
1 Cup Carnation 
Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla extract

Preparation
Rinse and  quarter carrots
Feed carrots through your juicer
Add Condensed milk and vanilla extract and mix thouroughly.
*Optional - Add a capful of rum for a 'Bam' effect
